Conditions of Rental

Driver Requirements

Standard Range

All Renters & Additional Drivers must be 18+ and hold a Driver License that is valid in Australia and must present a valid credit/debit card under the same name.

IMPORTANT: The young driver damage waiver is compulsory for renters under the age of 21.

Prestige Range

All Renters & Additional Drivers must be 25+ and hold a Driver License that is valid in Australia and must present a valid credit/debit card under the same name.

Luxury Range

All Renters & Additional Drivers must be 30+ and hold a Driver License that is valid in Australia and must present a valid credit card under the same name.

International Renters

All international Renters must Provide the following documents:

• Valid Passport

• Driver License valid for use in Australia (English written photo license or International Driver Permit)

• Visa (Upon Request only)

Provisional and Extraordinary Licenses

All Renters must hold a full, unrestricted License. Provisional and Extraordinary licenses are not accepted.

Reservation Bond

At the time of rental, in addition to paying the estimated rental charges, you are required to pay, or have a pre-authorised hold placed on your card as security for any additional fees or charges that may be incurred throughout the rental period.

• The amount charged varies depending on vehicle category, driver age and pickup location.

• The minimum amount charged as a reservation bond is $500.

Reservation Bond Refund

The reservation bond will be refunded upon return of the rental vehicle, in accordance with our terms & conditions.

To receive a full refund the renter must:

• Return the car without having caused any damages to the vehicle during the booking period.

• Return the car with the same level of fuel it had upon collection (Unless prior arrangements have been made).

• Pay all outstanding rental fees.

Reservation Bond payments made via a debit or credit card, once refunded, may take 2-7 business days to reflect in your account.

In the event the rental vehicle is returned with new damages, or if the renter has failed to pay any outstanding charges (Including charges for fuel and KMs), the reservation bond will be held and used to cover repairs and/or cover any outstanding charges, up to the full reservation bond value
